Full-time, Permanent. From £20,000 per annum. Work Location: Hybrid environment – office based in Watford

Primary focus of role

As our Data Administrator, you’ll collect and verify data to help the management team provide our clients with valuable information they can use to improve marketing and operational and businesses practices. You will gather and support data through desk and online research and the use of proprietary software and develop skills to gradually increase your influence and competencies within the business and open opportunities for future personal development. We have a hybrid working environment, with a minimum 2 days based from our office in Watford.

    • Entering data into databases, updating records, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

    • Checking for errors, duplicates, or incomplete entries and resolving issues as they arise.

    • Monitoring data quality reports and resolving data gaps and errors.

    • Responding to data update queries from system users.

    • Assisting with the creation of news content for the company website.

    • Working with the wider team to develop new approaches to problem solving whilst increasingly developing new skill sets.

Experience and Qualifications

    • Critical Thinking: Capability to approach data with a problem-solving mindset.

    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy.

    • Communication: Explaining data findings in a simple and understandable manner.

    • Time Management: Ability to work to regular deadlines, providing reports to management to allow reporting to the end client.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong collaborative skills and a willingness to develop together with the broader team.
